Privacy Policy
How this website handles personal data. Last updated 13 October 2026.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Cloud Explorers AB (publ) (“Cloud Explorers”, “we”), together with its wholly owned subsidiary Cloud Explorers AS. Cloud Explorers is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: info@cloudexplorers.com.
What we collect, and why
Visiting the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure page views with our hosting provider's privacy-preserving analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), which stores no cookies or identifiers on your device and does not track you across sites. Our hosting provider also records standard technical server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for security and operational purposes; these logs are retained for a short, fixed period and are not used to profile visitors.
Contacting us. If you write to us by email, including through the “Request Access” and “Contact” links, we process the details you choose to send (name, organisation, email address, message) to answer you and to follow up on your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps needed to enter into an agreement with you.
Investor information. Press releases, financial reports and the subscription service for investor news are provided through Cision (Notified), our investor-relations service provider. If you subscribe, Cision processes your email address on our behalf to deliver the releases you asked for; you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in each message.
Who sees your data
Personal data is handled by Cloud Explorers staff who need it to answer you. Our service providers — the web-hosting platform and Cision — process data on our instructions under data-processing agreements. Where a provider operates outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, after which they are deleted. Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted automatically on a rolling basis.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@cloudexplorers.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY); in Norway, Datatilsynet.
Changes
We will update this page when our processing changes, and note the date at the top.
