The company
Cloud Explorers AB (publ) is a Swedish public limited company with its registered office in Stockholm, governed by the Swedish Companies Act, the company's articles of association, the regulations of Spotlight Stock Market once listed, and the internal rules adopted by the board. The company is the parent of the Cloud Explorers group; its operating subsidiary is Cloud Explorers AS (Norway), wholly owned.

General meeting
The general meeting is the company's highest decision-making body. Notices, documents and minutes are published under General assembly.
Board of directors
The board is appointed by the general meeting and is responsible for the company's organisation and the management of its affairs. The board has not established separate committees; the board as a whole handles audit and remuneration matters. The board decides the remuneration of the CEO. See The board.
